There are a variety of school clubs available for the children at Monkleigh School to join. These include Football, Muliti-Sports, Netball, Computer Club, Chess Club, Cross Country Club and Recorder Club.

 

We are proud to say that Monkleigh School has acheived a "Healthy Schools Award," and an "International Schools Award" (at foundation level). We have also attained an achievement for exceptional delivery within the P.E. and Sports Strategy 2008, and the school was also delighted to win a "Playground Partnerships" award in 2007.

 

Class 3 children had their annual residential trip to Beam House, a local outdoor adventure centre. They had a fantastic few days, taking part in a wide variety of activities, including high ropes, archery, quad-biking, muddy challenge course, and many more.
